Rates in Montego Bay, Jamaica for $20 per night

Hi,

is anyone else getting bookings for $20 a night in Montego Bay, Jamaica in the middle of Jamaica.

I am being told this is the price once you have smart pricing on.

Only you decide which price you want to set in the listing. If you use Smart Pricing,  then set the  bottom price to what you would have set if not on Smart Pricing, set the upper limit to what is a useal price on special dates in your region.

The price Airbnb advises can be ignored.

Please note you can always turn off Smart Pricing for special time periods and set a fixed price.

I gather that you don’t want to rent your place for $20 per night?

 I wouldn’t.

There are some ongoing problems with odd low prices showing up as several others have noted.

If all of your settings are in order you might be experiencing this too.

I’m sure Airbnb would love it if you would rent your place for $20, but I doubt that it would cover your costs.

I am in Montego Bay Jamaica but I haven't heard anything about a $20 per night if that is so your overhead bills would not cover
