Registration # vs licensed motel

Hi! I accidentally clicked the box for licensed hotel/motel/exempted and now I do not have the option to enter my STR registration #. When I try and edit, uncheck the box, it doesn't give me an option. The box has to remain checked. Customer support was friendly but not helpful. Has anyone come across this and been successful fixing it? Thanks!
