Planning to rent my flat on Airbnb which is located in MK9/near city centre. Would like to know the process and any restrictions from the council etc please?

I'm not aware of any in Milton Keynes but check on your local council website/give them a call.

you will also need to check your lease to ensure there are not restrictions such as 'not allowing the premises to be used for business use'.
