Safety Emergency due to wrong location map

I host two listings in Rio de Janeiro Brazil in the safest area. Airbnb shows both listings in a nearby favela. Nobody books my places. In addition I started getting daily very strange inquiries from profiles without reviews, trying to get the exact location of the apartment or come to the apartment before booking. It might be because they think im doing business inside the facela. Airbnb is not helping. Changing the latitude and longitude dont work. There are two other listings in my building that show correctly.

Can anyone please help?

Hi @Armin246 ! I can imagine having your listing show in a favela doesn't help a lot.

It's been a while since you posted, did you manage to get this resolved in the meantime and if so, how? If not, perhaps you could reach out to the Hosts in your building and ask them how they did it, or check if there's a Host Club for Rio de Janeiro here: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Get-Local/ct-p/en_clubs

Thank you for your answer! I managed to solve the problem by entering very slightly different coordinates. The apartments now show at the right location.
