This traditional mud house is nestled within several acres of farmland behind our main residence, aiming to offer guests an authentic Punjabi cultural experience.

•Amenities: Washrooms are located a three-minute walk from the main living area within our private fields.

•Optional field trips on a Willey Jeep 4x4 (additional cost).
•Activities such as sleeping outdoors, milking cows, and experiencing daily village chores.

•Is having washrooms a short walk from the main accommodation acceptable for an entire property listing?
•What essential amenities must be present to meet Airbnb’s standards?
2.Licenses and Permits:
•What specific licenses or permits are required to list a property in Faridkot, Punjab?
•Are there additional local regulations I should be aware of when offering cultural experiences and accommodations?
3.Safety and Compliance:
•What safety features (e.g., smoke detectors, fire extinguishers) are mandatory for such a listing?
