Hi
Wow – what a beautiful place! The interior is incredibly appealing, and it’s the kind of place you'd want to live in anytime. Writing great titles that make people click and appeal to Airbnb’s search algorithm and Google SEO is a bit of a science, and something that can be really valuable to understand as a host.
I've attached 3 links to Airbnb and external resources that can guide you on what works well and what doesn't when crafting a good title.
I just went through them, and one thing they highlight is focusing on your location in the title, especially if it's attractive to guests. You already mention Kent and The Garden of England, so that might be a good place to start(?):

– Another thing, although you didn’t specifically ask for advice on this, is about your photos. They are lovely, bright, and inviting, and it’s crucial to choose a cover photo that stands out, which I think you’ve already done really well.
It’s also important to carefully select the first five images, as these are what potential guests will see in the second step when they click into your listing on a PC. Including a picture of the surroundings could be great here since it's a key selling point for you, and people have already clicked on your listing because of your charming walls with timber frames.
To improve your ranking on Airbnb, it's crucial to encourage guests to engage with your listing—whether that's by sending you a message, adding your place to their wishlist, or making a booking. Since people often click in and out of listings quickly, you want to capture their interest immediately. The best way to do this is by showcasing five standout images that effectively convey the full experience you're offering, persuading them to stay and explore further.
Just an idea for you to consider...
I hope these tips are helpful.
Best regards,
Karen
