Special Event Festival Maximize Bookings

How should I handle special events...such as a week-long festival in your town. Ideally, I'd like someone to rent your airbnb for that entire week, but what if someone books one night in the middle of the week. Does that "kill" or diminish the possibility to maximize your income for that week since most people come in for the entire weeklong event? How do you handle things like this?

You can customize the length of stay requirement on specific dates on your calendar on the Availability tab: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/447.  Remeber to bookmark the Airbnb Help Center site because it is an extremely helpful resource.
