Suggestions for my Listing

Hi Everyone, i am a new Host and super excited to get my place up and running. Does anyone have any suggestions that i can implement to make my property appear higher on the guest pages and make it more appealing.  Anything from house rules to description to title. Note

that i am getting Proffesional Photos taken in the coming month.  Thank you!!!

Hello Yolandi8!

 I appreciate you reaching out, as I would love to exchange info with other hosts!

I am under a year hosting, so the best advice I can offer is pay attention to your reviews, positive or negative. If there’s an opportunity to go above your normal hosting to accommodate your guests, do that, they will remember & possibly book your property again. 
Let your guests know how much you appreciate how they cared for your property as if it was their own & you appreciate them following the house rules. 
I am still learning & would love to hear from other hosts on how I can improve, whether it’s photos, communication, etc.

I learnt how to optimize property listings and to generate leads , so i would love too learn and study about your company so i can generate the appropriate leads for you to increase your sales, and i would also love to work and train with you like an internship so as to have more knowledge on property management.. i am a virtual assistant and i am available to co host and offer you every administrative assistance for up to 40 hours per week, thanks as i look forward to hearing from you soon.

its good to have you onboard, while you need some professional pictures,  you also need a co-host, and a virtual assistance, someone like me who can help you optimize your listings and even generate leads for your properties, by doing these, you will appear on the front roles and will get very busy, you will also need to get all the necessary optimization tools, e.g making sure you have all the necessary basic amenities required to make guests feel very comfortable. i am available to help you and do internship with you too because i just acquired this skills and i would be happy to explore with someone who needs my assistance. i am available to work up to 40 hours per week, thanks as i look forward to your response.
