Technical bug report: Co-host (property manager) has unlinked listing from their profile, yet it got removed from the main profile

We have concluded a property management contract with our co-host who has unlinked listing from their account. This has, however, led to the listing removal from the main account with all the reviews, pictures and etc.

To make matters interesting Support has confirmed that it's impossible for the Co-Host to fully remove the listing (they just unlinked it as far as I can tell),

On top of that listing still appears in search results with all the reviews, pictures & etc which means that listing hasn't been actually removed.

Question then is - how do we flag it to AirBnB technical team, get this case reviewed and our listing restored? Needless to say this has caused massive issues and can affect greatly other hosts.

We have tried getting in touch with AirBnB support, however they gave only canned answers so far.

Hello @TinaandLeo0

Did you let your cohost set up your listing under their profile rather than yours @TinaandLeo0 ?

If so, when they removed the listing - it would remove it completely from Airbnb. The cohost should have warned you that this would happen.

Sadly some unscrupulous property management companies and cohosts  set your listing up under their profile and sometimes add owners as the cohost . Which is unethical as the owner then loses everything if the relationship breaks down.

sadly the only thing you can do, is what you have done and set another listing up and build your own reviews .

@Helen3 No, it was listing under our name and we have added Co-host under it.

If I understand correctly added Co-host can't delete listings on my profile as they just unlinked them.

Thus we are looking for an AirBnB technical team who could take a look into this as it's likely to be a bug they need to fix.
