We have a two-dwelling home in Astoria, NY.

We would like to know:

Can we STR one room in each one-dwelling home?

Can we list both room under the same profile?

1. Check with your local government in terms of short term rent regulations 

2. You can set up multiple listings under one profile 

3. look at the Airbnb Help website to help you understand how to set up listings

@Helen3 has excellent advice. For sure make sure your local zoning allows for this, and that you are permitted and insured for both.
