Unable to validate property address

I'm having a hard time validating my property address.   

The property was just purchased and has an undeliverable address.  I have not received any bills yet and if I did they would be sent to my primary address instead of the property address.  I've tried a home depot order with the property address as the delivery address.  That failed.  I tried screenshotting the electric companies usage that lists the property address that failed.  Finally I sent a copy of the recorded warranty deed and that failed too.

How do we validate the address in this situation?  Note since the property is undeliverable they cannot mail me the code to validate.
