Unfairly suspended listings

I need help, my listings were suspended two weeks ago due to false statements of revenge of a guest cause i call her attention for a non declared dog he brought and attacked a staff member.

Hello and thanks for the answers. The guest arrived with a non informed dog who was a very agressive, i was flexible and let the guest stay but with some agreements in terms of her dog, like always were her on a leash when there was other people on the shared areas, put her on top of the unit that was a place only for them etc. The dog attacked my manager daughter and i texted the guest, i said that we had a agreement, then she became crazy and said she was going to call Airbnb to destroy mi listings, which she accomplished cause now I’ve had my profile and listings closed for more the three weeks. Nobody of Airbnb answers me, i have enough proofs even that a kid would understand, it’s frustrating. I told them that you as a investor do projections taking in account the Airbnb services, you hire people, you take risks of investing money, now, everything’s on risk because of the not loyal support of Airbnb. O don’t think they are reliable.

Hopefully one of the moderators will come along and forward your case to airbnb

Other than that keep contacting CS until you get an answer.

@Jose6363 It just doesn't seem like this is the entire story so it’s difficult to provide you with any advice except what @Sudsrung0 offered, and that is to keep contacting CS.

Since the dog bit someone, that’s reason to suspend a listing for safety reasons until the incident is investigated. What did you do when this happened? Did you contact airbnb or did guest? Did you or guest cancel remainder of guest’s stay?  Did staff require medical attention? Was animal control called?
