What should I improve about my listing

I've found the process a little overwhelming which has wondering if I'm even headed in the right direction with my listing.

@Dee-Dee7 a 2 night min stay is very generous as it looks like its a big house to clean. Also you can use pro tools and rulesets to set a longer min stay in high season and over Christmas/thanksgiving etc.
