Why Airbnb lying??? SHow me how the city noticed Airbnb!!!

Show me how the city noticed Airbnb, not the Airbnb system shows.WeChat Image_20240707182556x.jpgairbnb 0711.JPG

Again, the same registration works for another listing with the same address also works on Vrbo.

We contacted the city two months ago, the registration has been issued and submitted to Airbnb no more pending on the City.

Attached is the screenshot showing the Airbnb system glitch needs to be fixed, my listing hasn't rent since April.

City of Toronto STR works closely with Airbnb. It has access to all your Airbnb listing information including how many days you hosted in a year. Airbnb has information on whether your license is valid or not for a particular STR, it gets that information from City of Toronto.

It is possible for certain listings to be valid and another to be invalid even if they use the same license. City of Toronto STR office has the final say on that.

What do you try to say here as an Airbnb community worker?

You are saying it is not an Airbnb system bug and your colleagues are stupid?

Or do you want to say it is my problem, or the city's problem?

Your work should help to resolve the Airbnb system bug!

I think you misunderstood something about this community forum.

The vast majority of the posters here are just regular hosts like you. We don't work for Airbnb (not anymore than you at least, I guess it could be argued that you work for Airbnb since Airbnb profits off you).

The reason I post here is just to discuss stuff with other hosts and stay on top of things.

Therefore, none of us have an obligation to "fix" anything. What we do is just...discuss.

@Zheng49  The OP has posted this multiple times. I responded to one of his posts the other day and he responded rudely and angrily. He doesn't seem to understand that the CC is not AirBnB employees. I just left it alone, since being rude doesn't usually elicit help from others.

Probably best just to leave this one alone....

I post here to complain about Airbnb's support, how they handle the issue and push back without help over two months.

I contacted Airbnb almost every day but the same words that were forwarded to supervisors, or specialists, and please wait for hours and days, then disappeared.

It is an Airbnb system bug that was clearly confirmed by Airbnb ambassadors and supervisors, it is not related to the registration or address, but this issue was no resolved over two months.

I am responding to the Airbnb system bug that on Airbnb site and only Airbnb can fix, not rudely and angrily.on you guys who do not work for Airbnb.

I deal with this situation almost every day, do you think you can help? others are stupid?

It is an Airbnb system bug clearly, so only Airbnb can fix it.
