Why are my guest being charged a different price than what I put in and have on my calendar?

@Carmen2118 A guest will pay your price plus 14.2% Airbnb service fee plus VAT on said service fee plus other taxes on the whole amount depending on your jurisdiction. Highlight a week on your listing and then click to see what you get (price - 3%+tax) and what a guest pays.

At the risk of being called Mr. Obvious 😎; the guests you are getting became aware of your place through Airbnb and for that they feel they should get a service fee from 'someone'; as it is now it is  mostly from the guest.
