I have problem with my account. i got message from client to my personal gmail but I cant see that message in my airbnb account.
There is text" You do not have access to this thread" Why is that?

Can I ask, have you actually opened your Airbnb account and opened the inbox itself? I ask because of recent, I have been getting messages from guest through on my Gmail and when I open my Airbnb account and hover over the Messages/ Inbox it no longer confirms when I have any messages, it always shows 'Messages (0)' but when I open my actual inbox, the message is sitting in there.
Also check you settings to ensure all the notification options you would like are ticked; follow this path - Name(your name, top right hand corner)- Account Settings - Notification.
My settings are all fine but I appear to have a small glitch so for now I regularly check my Airbnb inbox so I don’t miss any messages.

Hi, I am receiving the same message about "don't have access to this thread". I am a cohost, I received a request which couldn't accept or decline because of this error. I have no idea, I have logged out of airbnb and google but couldn't fix it. The funny thing is that the main host accepted the reservation but i still cannot see the reservation in the calendar or any other place. I am concern that I have to rely on the main host or lose response rate and requests
I get this problem all the time....
I'm a co-host on several listings.
For certain guests only, across several different listings, when I go to the calendar, click on the reservation, then click to message the guest, it brings up "You do not have access to this thread".
This problem also shows up from my gmail. I will get the email that the guest has sent me a message, but then when I click to reply, it brings me to the " You do not have access to this thread" message.
This is incredibly frustrating.
Happening to me as well as a co-host. Just some guests. Very frustrating.

I had to ask the main hoist to message them. We being co-hosts.
