We have two properties and have been superhosts for years.
We had a guest report an undisclosed camera in the ceiling fan light over one of the beds.
We have two disclosed outdoor cameras but no indoor cameras. When I investigated where they said the camera was I found out it wasn't a camera but the base of a light bulb where the glass part of the light bulb had broken out and the base was still in there.
They have unlisted our property due to this complaint. I have provided photos of the broken light bulb to the security email they sent me when they unlisted our property. But, other that a canned response, "We received your documentation and will get back to you at the end of our investigation,' we have received no explanation from CS and our property is still unlisted.
Any advise on what we can do to move this along and get our property back online?
