Why do support ambassadors or specialists think themself is smart and respond more than other colleagues, they repeat the same scripted words without reviewing the details and without follow-up.
They tell you they will forward, follow up, and call back, in 3 hours, 4,12,24,72 hours, 5 days, 7, 10 days, then disappear.
I have been experiencing the Airbnb system glitch since April and now in July, it was confirmed one system bug and needs to be fixed over 50 guys.
My short-term license was issued by the city in April, and submitted in the Airbnb listing, but the system displays 'pending approval', contacted the city a couple of times they said the license has been provided and done their work, Airbnb also confirmed the issue is a system bug. Again, the same license works for another listing with the same address and also works on Vrbo.
Now the issue is still not resolved, I can't rent my listing from April to nearly three months without a response for the bug fix.
So disappointed, I don't know who I can contact or trust at Airbnb support and service.
Only I can do to report this until the issue is resolved without the same reapplying in the past days.
