Why were my Airbnb account suspended?

I’m super host, but I suddenly find my accounts were suspended, I called Airbnb customer service for help, they told me to answer me asap, but 2 days have passed, no answer up to now. Any people know what is happening and how to fix the issue asap, thank you so much!

I would call Airbnb again for an update and get details for your account.

I have called them many times.  There is not help.  I am desperate.

Hello Jin , I had same problem recently 

have u completed authbridge verification ? 
You have to raise a problem request frequently and try to chat from airbnb chat box also

My account has been suspended for two months.  I have tried repeatedly to get this resolved.  I have been told over and over that a team is working on it.  Almost daily I get prompts to supply information.  I always reply to the prompts.  They ask for the same information over and over again.  Most of the time when I try to reply, there is a message saying, "You'r all done.".    They won't try to work with me to get this resolved.  I have had to suspend my business.
