I’m super host, but I suddenly find my accounts were suspended, I called Airbnb customer service for help, they told me to answer me asap, but 2 days have passed, no answer up to now. Any people know what is happening and how to fix the issue asap, thank you so much!
My account has been suspended for two months. I have tried repeatedly to get this resolved. I have been told over and over that a team is working on it. Almost daily I get prompts to supply information. I always reply to the prompts. They ask for the same information over and over again. Most of the time when I try to reply, there is a message saying, "You'r all done.". They won't try to work with me to get this resolved. I have had to suspend my business.
