I just want my receipt of a reservation, when I tried to download there was a problem with it. I reported 5 times. Always the same response "I will escalate the problem to the team". After 2 weeks and many hours on the phone still I can't get my receipt which I need to get my reimburse. The operators end the call because I wanted to talk to the supervisor, and when finally someone attend me, the only option she gave me is a link to officially complain. It's not a serious business, No one is accountable for the money I'm going to lose. As always the client always loses.
It's a shame that something very simple as a receipt shows the WEAKNESS, BAD SERVICE and QUALITY, of a called worldwide Platform as Airbnb says and which its business is based on customer Satisfaction.
