Hallo. Im Marcin, host since 2019

 

I can't edit the base price on all my offers. The new "prices and availability" panel has been moved to the calendar without any sense. Basic price editing does not work there. I can effectively change only the weekend price.

After talking to the help desk:

I have removed all rulesets from my collective calendar. (for all offers)
I also cleared the rulesets in history until October 1, 2022 ( I can't check the calendar before that date ). (for all offers)
I have removed all discounts from the Little Sweet Candy offer.
I have removed all discounts: for early booking and last minutes in the Little Sweet Candy offer.
Due to the changes I made at help desk request, my offers are currently offered at prices at which I do not want to offer them to guests.

* Nothing has changed . I still can't change the base price for Little Sweet Candy. *

 

Is there anyone who has the same problem? Has anyone managed to solve it? Please help.

Thank you @Mike-And-Jane0 for your willingness to help. I haven't used smart pricing for 4 years now. I wanted to change - lower my base price in order to add VAT separately, which I pay. cena podstawowa 2023-12-16-3.jpg

I'm totally devastated. Today I received a reply from the support department. I won't be able to set my base price in listings. I don't know what to think about this at all. I followed all instructions from the support department. I have removed all rule sets, discounts, early booking discount, last minute discount. I updated the devices, logged out of all devices except one laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I don't know how to proceed if I have to manually set the price for individual days.
I just hope that this is not the final decision and that I will get some support.
Here's the answer:

"Based on checking, the request that you are trying to make can only be done manually for the remaining days and has to be done on the individual calendars.
Based on checks made, there isn't an option to reset the price on the listing.

The only way to start over would be to create a new listing, which may not been an option."

I have the impression that thanks to your help, the support department has started working more concretely.


My problem still remains unresolved, but it only appears in 2 of my 3 listings.

After checking all the listings I have the following conclusions:
- Little Sweet Candy - I cannot change the base price automatically until February 6, 2024
- Rusty Cats Studio - I cannot change the base price automatically until March 11, 2024

After February 4, there are dates in the calendar that I have never edited in any way.

I have to edit these prices manually. What is important is that I see the date when it will end.

 

Tonight I received this message:

"We've involved our technical team about this case to check if there's a system error. Please be advised that I have already reported this issue to our Technical department and they are looking into it. I would like to breakdown how reports to our Technical team work just to keep you completely in the loop:

The report regarding this issue will then be compiled, and will be submitted along with all the relevant information we have gathered, including the notes from my own investigation of this glitch. This report will later be added to a gathering that we will have of people reporting the same issue, and the technical team will track all the issues, and work on making a fix for the problem. The more issues reported, the better understanding our Technical department will have on the impact of the issue.

With issues such as this, you may or may not hear directly from the Technical team regarding the fix. But, please accept my assurances that they are a hardworking team and will get this issue resolved in due course."

 

It's very nice that I will be able to at least find out why this problem occurred and how it was solved.

I will inform about it here so that other people looking for help here will have the information.

After texting to the help desk (I can not speak fluently about technical issues) :

I have removed all discounts: for early booking and last minutes in the Little Sweet Candy listing.
Nothing has changed . I still couldn't change the base price.

To even have a chance at guests, I had to use the -15% rule set.

Thats terrible!  What a frustration for you - I’m so sorry and hope it works out very soon.

Hi Marchin65, were you ever assisted with this, I have been experiencing for a year now and still with no solution. The strange thing is that, It was resolved for another listing and not resolved for the other listing.
