No. Airbnb doesn't allow links on the Listing page to prevent re-directing guests to a Direct Booking Site. You can mention the name of your property on Instagram and create a Airbnb custom link to post on your Instagram page (and other social media accounts) to direct guests to your Airbnb listing:
