increase pricing for shorter stay

Is there an option to increase the price of 1 or 2 night stay. Lets say my minimum stay is 3 night at a 100$ a night but if somone wants to book 1 night they would have to pay $150 or 50% more. i dont think airbnb has it but would be a great feature.

Yes, you can turn on Pro Tools and apply a Rule Set to apply to increase the price for a one night stay. You would have to apply the Rule Set to specific dates on your calendar for it to work:
