Merging two bookguides

Hi community.

I was wondering if there's a way to merge two bookguides from to different co-hosts. I've been trying, but nothing really.

I'd appreciate it if you could share any info as to knowing if this is possible or not.

As far as I know, this is not possible currently. The Guidebooks are attached to the Host (or Co-Host Profiles) and then attached to a specific property. You can add more than one Guidebook under your own profile though. Just be aware that having too many entries in your Guidebook will cause the system to "crash", as the file size exceeds a certain limit set by Airbnb or the 3rd party vendor they are using to host the Guidebooks. Maybe another Host has some ideas on this? This is the error code I have seen when the file size is too large:
