Last 30 days views under "insights/views" statistics

Hi

Does this statistics refers to actually viewing the property page or just means the property came out in the search results of the guest?
ie - did the X amount of views actually opened my property page?

Thanks

Hi @Ran26841 😊

Thank you for asking this question in the community center!

The "views" statistics under the "Insights/Views" section refer to the actual views of your property page.  It means that the property page was opened by guests and they viewed the details of your property.

I’m mentioning a few experienced hosts who can confirm this for you: @Lorina14@Frances3408@Dave-and-Deb0@Joan2709 and @Karen4131.

Thank you very much, everyone!

Warm regards 🌻,

Hi @Ran26841

Here’s a helpful link where Airbnb goes into detail about how to track both search result impressions and how potential guests interact with your listing:

https://airbnb.com/help/article/2500

It also explains the difference between search result views and actual clicks on your listing.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,

Karen

I think @Karen4131 have a good reference article. It is helpful to know that sometimes views may be other hosts looking at similar properties to theirs under the unbooked/booked listings in the calendar section of the app. I sometimes go there to check out what similar properties are offering or their price points and it could be counted as a view of your listing.
