Wondering why I'm getting zero inquiries, I notice that my listing no longer appears in the default listing display -- the user has to select a period of at least a month before they even see my listing. This was not the case when I first created my listing a year ago -- and I was getting Lots of responses. It appears that airbnb is now all but useless to me...

Are there restrictions locally in your area regarding the length of stays @Doug985

Greetings to Bristol! Yes, here in California we have restrictions for everything! I've set my minimum stay to one month to avoid dealing with myriad regulations on "transient occupancy", and I guess airbnb didn't want short-stay visitors to be disappointed by my requirement. Understandable, but it seems that many people browse locations before entering their date parameters, and these people won't know that my place exists. Not an optimum solution, from my perspective.
