I have been waiting for a day for Airbnb to open days on my calendar due to a cancellation after the guest arrived. I have had 3 conversations with Airbnb, and have been told that the case manager is working on it. How long does it take it open days? This is ridiculous and I am losing the possibility of getting new guests. The reservation was for 7 days. Please find out why the case manager is taking so long. The guest cancelled within 1/2 of checking in and I agreed to refund her the first day also. Her name is Jessica Delacerda for the Castillo Inn. The reservation was for the 1st - the 8th.
