new listing

Hi everyone I have just listed my accomodation , I have had one booking but because its new I have got no feedback etc , I've been thinking of all ways to advertise fb groups etc , does anyone have any tips please on how I can start getting more bookings...Thankyou much appreciated

I really think you need better pictures. When you take them, make sure the entire room is visible. Take pictures in landscape mode.

What is the your area that would attract a guest, and can you mention this in the title? 

Are you offering a retreat from the city? near an attraction? Are you attracting honeymooners…pick a lane and maximize it. 

As your place is so beautiful, yes, would do social, create a web landing page to drive bookings to airbnb..chamber of commerce, local businesses…

if you are looking for feedback; may be a good idea offer special rate to a few friends/invite them to stay..to be your test market.
