Hi, I am a reservations manager, I have my own account from where I manage the listings, but the listings are created by owners from their accounts and the money from the reservations goes directly to their bank accounts. . After a new release of Airbnb changes, I cannot see payouts of my clients, so it means I can not check if the money where paid, or something went wrong, therefore I cannot make sure everything is smooth. My client hires me, because they don't wanna bother about that. And now I have to ask them if they can check if the money arrived and to print me the payouts for accountancy purpose. I think this new change is very unhandy.
