"Private" listings and pricing for family and friends?

Hi, is there a way to create a private / special price for friends of family that are using our house?  We would not want to advertise it but just make it a special offering for certain people.

I would say you could offer them a promotional discount at the time of booking.

@Becky540 Why would you do this? The easiest discount to give is to avoid the 20% Airbnb service fee. This immediate discount would be available if you just booked the guest direct with you. If they are truly family and friends this should be easy to organise.

Just take direct bookings .
