I have the same problem since about 6 months. Lately I complained to AirBnB with no result. The case was transferred to the Engineering Department, also with no result.
Only the fine of $100 was cancelled and I was forced to state that the problem was solved. No, it is not. And an e-mail to Brian did not help either in 5 days. I am very disappointed with the usually well functioning AirBnB.
