Hello, I would like to ask if I can really rent as an individual and then add the income to my personal taxes? I would also like to know which department of the local authority I should register with to pay the tourist tax? Please, preferably someone from my area who speaks Czech so that I can understand it as best as possible.

It's great that you've reached out to the Community Center for support. Are you currently a host or are you looking into running an Airbnb at the moment?
