Hola, Cela. Hablas Espanol?  La mejor manera es hablando con los vecinos, y despues confirmar con referencias.. Tambien es muy importante ver donde los trabajadores viven. Tengo un lugar en Puerto Plata.. (me encantaria en Punta Cana) 🙂  Y tengo que mandar a alguien que supervisen despues porque las limpiensas no son como yo estoy acostumbrada en los estado unidos.

Hi cela I did have the same problem in my property I’m the kind that don’t trust very easy and I was very worry about being taken advantage of till I decide to give my keys to a family member of my wife it work but not as expected , they used to tell me they have clean , but they could have tell me anything and I had to believed till I mounted WiFi camara to my acces doors and interior so I could see if they actually did clean .https://abnb.me/ik3RrPXT1M

I know of a great cleaning service, 

The name is super limpio multi cleaning 

The office is located in Santiago DR  but the have people that clean apartments and houses all over DR.

Hello, do we as hosts have to pay taxes if we are hosting from the Dominican Repbulic? How does that work? I am living in the United States, but my wife and I are hosting our home in DR. Will I get a nasty surprise later from the IRS if I am not careful?
