Quiero hacer una consulta. Desde que retornó el turismo  en Argentina, he tenido muchas reservas por otras páginas y ninguna por Airbnb. Quisiera sabe qué es lo que pasa, o si tengo alguna configuración mal. Porque hasta inicios de 2020 tenía reservas casi permanente a través de Airbnb.

Since I re-opened in July, all of my reservations have been through Booking or from locals contacting us directly.  Before COVID, I would receive about an equal number of reservations on Airbnb and Booking.  I think guests are using Booking more frequently, because our Booking listing appears in the map of Google search results for guesthouses in St. Lucia.

I looked at your listing, and it is lovely.  You may want to check the rates of your competitors.  I don't know the rental prices in your area, but it does seem to be quite low, $41 USD/£30/34€ per night for up to four guests is a great deal.  Also, I noticed in the House Rules that you charge $800 for house cleaning. You should indicate the currency to avoid confusion for your international guests.

estimada @Lilian48 te invito a que hagas uso de las métricas de Desempeño en el menú de Airbnb.

Mediante ello, puedes ver la cantidad de visitas a tu anuncio, la tasa de conversión (de los que miran y se convierten en reservas, los precios evolutivos; y lo mas importante: estos datos los puedes ver comparativamente con tu competencia cercana (anuncios similares).
