وتُعرف باسم آشاون

 وتبلغ مساحتها حوالي 4.20كم

²، ويصل عدد سكانها إلى 42,786 نسمة وفقاً لآخر إحصائية في عام 2014م،

وتتميز المدينة بتاريخها العريق، وبنائها الهندسي الرائع؛ حيث تشتهر بمبانيها وجدرانها ذات اللون الأزرق والأبيض

 لذلك يُطلق عليها اسم الجوهرة شفشاونشفشاونشفشاونشفشاونالزرقاء
