A guest has instant booked - he has a 1* rating / what do I do? 🙁

@Anna8369 Is there a review to go along with the low rating, that sheds more light? You can all Airbnb and have them cancel, citing you are uncomfortable with the guest, and if necessary mention the poor rating. Next, look at how this happened. I'm surprised anyone with a 1star could IB.

There's another "glitch" in the system that allows anyone and everyone to Instant Book, even when it's against the parameters set by the host (Govt ID required, good reviews from previous hosts etc) 

Now.. tell me you're shocked..?? 😉

@Anna8369  Contact Airbnb to request a penalty-free cancellation,  which they may or may not grant after a lengthy wait, and then consider whether having IB on despite its glitches is worth all the hassle.
