I have had 11 cancellations due to the corona virus. Out of 11, 7 of the reservations clicked cancel reservation instead of a link to the cancel due to Coronavirus pandemic - therefore... my clients are being tossed around and so am I.
The fact is they all canceled due to the virus and the national demand to no short term rentals and YOU sending out notices of full refunds due to the virus. So. I have 11 cancellations due to the virus and your saying I won’t receive the 25 percent because the customer was Given a bad platform on hour page. Please advise
