30 day mandatory restriction (no bookings) in Colorado?

Anyone else told that there's a 30 day mandatory restriction for rentals in Colorado starting on the 27th and passed as a government regulation? I haven't gotten any emails, news, or anything regarding this. Are any other short term renters in Colorado having this issue? Airbnb told me it is government passed and state wide.

Estes Park, CO just opened up vacation rentals and hotels on April 27th.
