5 Star Rating not posted

It may seem as a coincidence that I had a 5 Star rating and, just like that it fell below just before July 1st evaluation period. My recent guest rated me 5-Star with a nice review and only 1 star appeared. Both guest and I communicated  with Airbnb help desk to find out what when wrong. Mystery unsolved! Can this be fixable?

I think it must be fixable if it was a mistake from either Airbnb or the guest's side (I have had a guest in the past accidentally leave 4* when she thought she left 5*), but whether you can get CS to do it in time for the assessment, I am not sure.

 

Airbnb has said that the assessment might be completed a few days later this time, so you might still have a chance.
