5 Star Superhost who qualifies for "invitation" for application for aid and 25% payout for reservation cancellation, got neither.

I called and wrote Airbnb 5 times over the course of the past two months. I rely on income from my listing to live. They never sent 25% payout for a reservation that was cancelled due to COVID19 lockdown in the guest's city, Paris, France and lockdown in my city, NYC. They never sent an invitation to apply for aid and never got back to my last two inquiries.  Thinking of moving my listing to a new venue. They obviously do not value a 5 star Superhost on lockdown in NYC. Anyone else experience similar situation?
