Hello fellow ABB community.
We have all probably heard or read stories of people stranded in a country that's not one's home country as a result of Coronavirus.
Taking into account future generations who may one day be studying past history for whatever reason I thought it would be for others betterment to share stories about their experience of been held in quarantine in a foreign country.
How was your experience of the processes you have been subjected to?
Did you get offered the chance to stay in an ABB?
Or were you marched from the airport or port straight to a motel/ hotel?
Have you decided to ride out blocked borders in the country you were in at the time borders were closed?
Or did you cut your stay short in the country you planned on enjoying a holiday adventure and catch the first flight back that you could?
We heard on the news of people stranded on cruise boats in the Bahamas region where hurricane season is approaching that they cannot either land or leave because of Government imposed travel restrictions, add to the mix there's no flights they can take.
How have you felt about been displaced in the current situation?
