AIRBNB Covid-19 Extenuating circumstances policy is unfair to hosts

The extenuating circumstances policy is unfair. There are three parties involved, the guest, the host and Airbnb. The risk should be shared between the three, but in fact I as the host am the only one getting screwed, and yet I did nothing wrong. As a company valued around 38 billion dollars, in this instance Airbnb cannot offer any support to the hosts who built up your business? That is absurd. This qualifies as an emergency circumstance and Airbnb should have an insurance policy in place that protects both guests and hosts.
