Hi!
After submitting detailed documentation and pictures as requested and required by AIRBNB for a claim against a guest, they have ghosted me for over 3 weeks! I called, emailed, chatted in and they never transfer me to anyone. All I get is " We will let the case manager know you are looking to speak to them". what kind of customer service is this? I have done my part, at the very least they could communicate!
the claim is also over $5K!
Anyone else dealt with this?
