Account id

Greetings! i am in need of some help regarding my account.. 

So this is a business account, representing a company. Therefore i cannot place a date of birth and verify my ID since in my country (Greece) there is no government given ID for a company laminated, or otherwise. i have provided the company's credentials, date of registry etc etc on the business section. but this still remains an issue Can anyone share any input? also, is there anyone from maybe a greek company that faced a similar issue, and if yes how did they resolve it? Thank you and i would appreciate any feedback.

P.S. my personal ID already exists in the system on my own personal account. Hence, i cannot use it for the business account. it is the solution i was instructed to use from the airbnb support.
