Account suspended for 30 days

Help needed - account has been suspended for 30 days.

My listing has a karaoke machine, and I wrote in the description "It also has led lights to create that ultimate karaoke party night"  In no way was this encouraging out of control parties or "events." I've had that same description for the past few years.  I've even put in the house rules "No house parties allowed"

I have contacted customer support but nothing has happened so far. Could someone please direct me to a real person I can get in contact with to sort this out?

This happens frequently, as you can read in this community.

No idea why Airbnb treats it's (Super)hosts like this.

Maybe try Twitter (account:AirbnbHelp), at least real persons answerring.

My account was also suspended on Thursday. Also supposedly for breaking the rules on advertising parties when I was clearly doing nothing of the sort. Why can't Airbnb see the damage they are doing by taking heavy handed and completely unjustified actions against honest and rule abiding hosts?
