AirBnB Politics

We opened our guesthouse 2 1/2 years ago, have 100% 5-star ratings and I am DONE! We are cashing out - selling.

I have only had ONE major complaint and that is Brian Chesky and his minions can’t seem to keep their nose out of politics!  We are selling our guesthouse because of ABB. I have blocked my calendar to new guests and say, “good riddance.”

Alienating 50% of guests and hosts is an interesting business model, but one that I refuse to be a party to. The last straw was banning Michelle Malkin.

They call it “hate speech.” It’s just speech that AirBnB HATES. We live in America, NOT Venezuela or Cuba!

Best of luck to all the hosts. AirBnB finally ran me off.

A tough call for Airbnb, I'm sure. Imagine the conundrum; boot out a white nationalist ally and lose likeminded hosts as part of the deal.

PS. Venezuela isn't a communist country, you do know that right, @Barri45, and Maduro might just help you fill your gas tank in the future.
