AirBnB can't run their own business

Are any other hosts tired of trying to use AirBnB since the pandemic responses started?

I hear NOTHING but silence on their end.

- Features have stopped working

- My properties were all changed to automatically confirm all reservations

- Unable to cancel the reservation

- Impossible to get help

- Impossible to refund guests

I have an elderly couple stuck in my vacation home because they could not leave due to California policy to "stay at home"

AirBnB has don NOTHING to help me or them.

I have tried to create a very minimal price 10% of my normal fee -- yes a 90% discount.   My guests have agreed -- but AirBnB has prevented us from doing this at every step of the way.   When I finally was able to get a rate set, AirBnB to 25% fees of the original price!!!!

I cannot get any help from AirBnB at all.
