I hope someone can assist me here. I'm having am issue with a booking I had placed and have been ignored by the host each time I tried messaging them and I am also being ignored by airbnb. My issue has been unresolved for over 3 weeks now and each time I contact airbnb I am told "someone will call you back within an hour". I finally thought I was making progress when I received a message last Saturday by a supervisor named Thelma, who stated she is reviewing the case and would be in touch by tuesday this week at the latest. It is now friday and nothing, called airbnb again to be told " someone will call you back within 24 hours". Anyone able to advise what I can do here? Anyone I can escalate this issue to?
