I've been a super host for four years now. It is sad how Airbnb will shut you down with the word of a hostile guest. When a guest out landishky lies on his reviews and Airbnb says they have not violated their terms. I am suck of the lack of response or respect Airbnb has for us. How can they allow a guest to slander the host ann not remove the review or instantly shut you down. This has cause me loss of income and cancellation. I was shutdown twice in four years. Because of blatant lies. It hurts us that work hard to provide these quests with exceptional lodging and discounted prices. Airbnb lacks the hosts concerns.
