I need help, so I hosted a guest for two nughts almost three weeks ago and after , airbnb canceled the reservation, after I had already hosted the guest. Now I can’t get in contact with anyone from the airbnb team.
i try calling and All i get is that theyre only working with reservations 72 hours from today.
ive also tried messaging but keep getting put on a waiting list because it has to be someone from a specialist team that has to help.
I had another guest stay after this one and I haven’t received my payout from hosting this guest either, and even though this reservation hasn’t been canceled it’s just there as though the payout is upcoming but this has been two weeks already.
I don’t know what to do withi this issue!
